The Nordcapital Group focuses on the global growth areas of transport and energy in order to serve the interests of its clients through solid investments in physical resources. Alongside the established areas of shipping, real estate and private equity, we have now begun applying our many years of expertise in the structuring of closed-end funds to further high-growth investment areas such as offshore shipping and renewable energy.
€6.3 billion invested
Since the founding of Nordcapital in 1992 we have realised an investment volume of some €6.3 billion. A total of 55,000 investors has placed equity worth €2.7 billion in 128 Nordcapital funds. The Group has a workforce of some 100 people. Nordcapital is organised in a holding structure into the divisions shipping, real estate, private equity, renewable energies.

The marketing and sale of Nordcapital funds is coordinated by the issuing house, Nordcapital Emissionshaus. An important part of this activity is cooperation with more than 1,000 selected distribution partners in banking, asset management and financial services.
