Andreas Freier
Andreas Freier holds a diploma in property management and since April 2008 has been Managing Director of Nordcapital Real Estate with particular responsibility for acquisitions. After completing a banking apprenticeship and a degree in business studies Andreas Freier started work at DIA, later RREEF (Deutsche Bank Group). From mid-1996 he worked at Vereins- und Westbank, later HVB and Blue Capital, with management responsibility for acquisitions, fund structuring and asset management for Europe, the U.S.A. and Canada as well as for fund purchases and depositary bank management for open-end real estate funds. From mid-2006 he was Managing Director of HIH Global Invest, where he developed the foreign real estate business of Hamburgische Immobilienhandlung, part of the Warburg banking group.

Florian Wagner
Florian Wagner has worked in the Real Estate division of the Nordcapital Group since 2003. Since October 2007 he has been responsible for the Group’s property business and the new alternative investments business as Managing Director. After completing a banking apprenticeship at Sparkasse Freiburg, Florian Wagner studied business in Kiel and Hamilton, Canada. After obtaining his degree he worked at Bankhaus Wölbern where he gained real estate expertise and was responsible for structuring, selecting and costing funds. He also gained experience of buying international property as Acquisition Manager at DB Real Estate, later RREEF (Deutsche Bank Group).
