Wolfgang Wetzel
Wolfgang M. Wetzel has been Managing Director of Nordcapital New Energy since 2006. His responsibilities include developing the renewable energies business area, particularly project acquisition and structuring. The former military officer and business studies graduate has over ten years’ experience of investment and project development with a focus on the market for renewable energies. He was previously Head of M&A at a Hamburg investment bank, responsible for making and selling investments, and later Head of Bioenergy at a financing company specialising in ecological investments.
