The link between investors and their participation companies is provided by Nordcapital Treuhand, with its investor services, tax, legal and controlling departments.
Around 25 employees provide regular information on the performance of the funds and take care of the tax aspects. They also organise shareholder meetings and votes and complete the paperwork for the Commercial Registry. Other duties include the fiduciary aspects of new fundraising, the management of fiduciary accounts for contributions and distributions, and the handling of voting proxies and custodianships.
Nordcapital Treuhand GmbH & Cie. KG was established in 1996. The team currently provides services to around 59,000 investors who have invested equity of around €2.9 billion in a total of 135 funds.
