Nordcapital Treuhand GmbH & Cie. KG was founded in 1996. The team currently provides services for around 55,000 investors, who have invested capital of around €2.7 billion in a total of 128 funds.
For all funds placed by Nordcapital, Nordcapital Treuhand is the link between investors and their holding companies: the departments of investor support, taxes, law and controlling ensure comprehensive service for investors.

- Regular information about the economic development of the holding companies
- Tax consulting for the investment companies
- Coordination of shareholders’ co-determination under company law in the form of shareholders’ meeting
- Analysis of figures in close cooperation with the controlling department
- Answering questions from investors and tax advisers about tax issues, such as new regulations on inheritance and capital transfer tax, economic progress, payouts, commercial register affairs or sales
